Face-painters will be at work on the plaza, applying red and white face paint to any and all who wish to demonstrate the team spirit with a fresh game face, and red and white balloons will be present in abundance.

The city will provide free bus service from the N.C. State campus to the BTI Center. The bus service will originate beginning at 12:45 p.m. at the central campus' main bus stop at Morrill Drive and Cates Avenue, adjacent to Carmichael Gymnasium.

Downtown parking will be available at the BTI Center parking lot and the Raleigh Convention Center parking deck, both of which are across South Street from the BTI Center.
