<b>ROCKY MOUNT, N.C.</b> — A Rocky Mount man who is already charged with kidnapping and trying to kill his infant daughter is in trouble again.

Police say 31-year-old Theodore Pittman threatened the man who helped officers save the girl's life.

Pittman and a friend are charged with kidnapping Key'ora Battle, who was just six weeks old at the time, and leaving her in a shed to die.

The man who led police to the child says Pittman threatened him this week after paying bond and getting out of jail.

Pittman is back behind bars now after a scuffle with police.
