Posted Updated

DURHAM, N.C. — A jury has finally been seated in the Timothy Blackwell trial.

Blackwell is accused of killing 4-year-old Megan Dail in a DWI accident nearly six years ago. He was convicted in 1998, but the state Supreme Court overturned that conviction. His second trial ended in a mistrial.

Blackwell is charged with second-degree murder. Testimony will begin Monday.
