FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Cumberland County's main coliseum is finally under budget.
For the first time in its five-year existence, the Crown Coliseum finished the fiscal year more than $250,000 in the black.
The county had set aside money to cover what was expected to be an operating loss. However, cost-cutting moves paid off and now that money may be used toward another project.
