RALEIGH, N.C. — Police have arrested a suspect in a shooting in Raleigh.
The incident happened at the 5300 block of Spring Pines Way in Raleigh.
Authorities say Jerry Pipino was shot in the chest and was taken to WakeMed. Authorities say Pipino was conscious and alert.
Raleigh police arrested Nghi Dinh Tran and charged him with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. Tran is being held at the Wake County jail.
