DURHAM, N.C. — An arrest has been made in a double shooting at a Durham gas station.
Tysheen Hills is charged with murder after a May 7 shooting in the parking lot of the BP station on Hillsborough Road.
One man died and another was wounded. Police say Hills does not have a criminal past.
Until the murder charge, he only had a speeding ticket on his record.
