RALEIGH, N.C. — An eye-popping piece of art is on display in Raleigh.
A 35-foot-tall, wind-activated sculpture is located on a park trail at the
North Carolina Museum Of Art
.
Vollis Simpson created the sculpture earlier this week.
The sculpture is made out of old bicycle rims, fan blades and pieces of other things.
