RALEIGH, N.C. — A man banned from all North Carolina college campuses for peeping at co-eds now faces new charges.
John Whitt is now accused of peeping on the campus at Duke University.
Whitt is currently on trial in Orange County for peeping into a sorority house at Carolina last February. A judge found him guilty of the crime last fall, but he appealed that decision on Tuesday.
Whitt was convicted of peeping at N.C. State a few weeks ago.
