RALEIGH, N.C. — A proposed development project in one of Raleigh's oldest neighborhoods is going back to the City Council.
A council committee voted Wednesday to scrap the Bickett Infill project. The 2-1 vote will likely force the full City Council to decide the matter at its next meeting.
People living in the Roanoke Park section of Five Points claim the project does not fit their neighborhood.
