Georgia Tech Hires Haley As Linebackers Coach

ATLANTA, GA. — Georgia Tech football coach Chan Gailey has hiredAndrea "Brick" Haley as linebackers coach, leaving two moreassistant coaches jobs still available.

Gailey, hired last month after George O'Leary resigned, is stillsearching for a defensive coordinator and a special teams coach.

Haley, 35, was hired Monday. He spent the last three seasons asBaylor's defensive coordinator and linebackers coach.

Haley, who played at Alabama A&M from 1984-88, was defensiveline coach at Austin Peay State from 1991-93. He also was anassistant at Troy State, Houston and Clemson.
