APEX, N.C. — Last spring, seven women in Apex had more in common than just the street they lived on. They were all pregnant at the same time.
One group had due dates in June and the second wave of babies came in October and November. The new moms are looking forward to future play times, birthday parties and holiday celebrations. But for now, they are just celebrating their bundles of joy.
"I feel blessed that we're all lucky that each one of us had no problems delivering, and you know, brought healthy babies into the world," mother Lisa Sandhofer said.
Their mothers' support group is up to eight now. Another family moved in and had a baby in October.
