Bristol-Myers To Close Morrisville Plant

MORRISVILLE — Bristol-Myers announced Wednesday that it will close its Morrisville plant by March 2002.

The company said that 110 employees at its Chapel Hill Road plant will lose their jobs and that the 450,000-square-foot bulding will be sold.

More than 100 employees at the plant were laid off in March.

The plant manufactured Ban anti-perspirant and Clairol products.
