Broadway Hit 'Stomps' Into Raleigh

RALEIGH — It is amazing what sounds you can make with something as simple as a hose, a box or a broom.
Many non-traditional objects are used to make traditional music in a production called
STOMP!
which is now playing at Raleigh's
Memorial Auditorium
.
Performers use 55-gallon drums, brooms, cups, cans -- even rubber hoses to offer audiences nearly two hours of rich and diverse music.
The audience even gets a chance to participate after the show.
You can see what all the noise is about through Sunday, Oct. 21 at Raleigh's Memorial Auditorium.
