RALEIGH-DURHAM INTERNATIONAL — People are starting to get over their fear of flying following the terrorist attacks.

Officials at

Raleigh-Durham International Airport

estimate that people are filling up about 60 percent of seats on outbound planes, up from 30 to 40 percent in the days after the attacks.

The airport has re-opened one of two park-and-ride lots that had been closed to accomodate the increase. Several airlines are also beginning to add new flights.
