RALEIGH, N.C. — A bartender is charged with peddling more than cocktails at a Raleigh nightspot.
Undercover officers charged a bartender at Foster's Restaurant at Cameron Village in Raleigh with selling the illegal drug, ecstasy. Police say Tahir Chase sold them hundreds of hits of the drug at the bar.
Kevin Pearce was also charged in the case. He does not work at Foster's. The management at Foster's denies any knowledge of the drug activity.
