Raleigh woman charged with killing six guinea pigs, warrant says

A Raleigh woman is charged with felony cruelty to animals after the deaths of six guinea pigs.

Jeronica Rogers, 43, is accused of "willfully and maliciously" killing six guinea pigs "by intentional deprivation" of food, according to an arrest warrant.

She faces one count of felony cruelty to animals.

Four of the guinea pigs were adults, and two were pups, the warrant states.
