Should licenses be suspended in death-by-motor-vehicle cases?

The daughter of a Louisburg couple killed in June wants the licenses of suspects facing death by motor vehicle charges temporarily suspended. Under state law, licenses are only suspended for motorists charged with driving while impaired. What do you think?
A life was taken because of reckless driving. Suspend the license until a judge can settle the matter.
A person is innocent until proven guilty, and licenses shouldn't be taken away and less a judge orders it.
I'm not sure where I stand on the issue. I have mixed feelings about it.
None of these options represents my viewpoint on this matter.
