Juvenile dead from Knightdale shooting

A juvenile died from a Wednesday night shooting at a gas station on Knightdale Boulevard in Knightdale.

Deputies were called around 9:45 p.m. to Knightdale Boulevard near Hodge Road.

When they arrived, deputies said they found a male juvenile with gunshot wounds. The person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Thursday afternoon, deputies said the person died.

Deputies have not released the names of anyone involved. The investigation is still ongoing.
