Thorp addresses Cary graduates

Holden Thorp, the chancellor of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, delivered the keynote address to 99 seniors, their families and friends.
Thorp, who grew up in Fayetteville, began his college career at UNC. He also holds a Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology, and did postgraduate work at Yale University. He became chancellor in 2008 at the age of 43.
