70-year-old man crashes into tree on Buffaloe Road in Garner Friday morning

A crash shut down part of Buffaloe Road in Garner early Friday morning.

Authorities said a 70-year-old man ran off the road and struck a tree. He was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No impairment is suspected. 

The road has reopened.
