Stocking up on water has become Jennifer Hamryszak's routine.
"Every pitcher I have right now is full of water," she said. "We also have pitchers like this in each of the three bathrooms."

Hamryszak is preparing for another water outage at her home in the Lake Royale community. She bought a home in the community only two months ago, and in that time, she says there have been six outages, some persisting for more than a day.
"Living here for two months in a home I love and not being able to have water for six days in two months is unfathomable," she said.
Hamryszak said she had no idea the community had water issues when she bought the home, but her neighbors say this has persisted for years with no solutions.
Hamryszak said she has contacted Red Bird Utility Operating Company, a division of Central States Water Resources that handles the water, several times but has yet to receive much information about the issue or potential fixes.
She said there is always a different reason for the outages, according to the company.
WRAL News reached out to Red Bird with questions about the ongoing issues and if there are potential fixes. We have yet to hear back.
WRAL News asked Hamryszak if she would stay in her home if the issues persisted.
"I will not," Hamryszak said. " will have to do whatever I have to do to move out of the community and find a home that has water on a regular basis."
WRAL News reached out to Franklin County. A spokesperson directed us back to Red Bird for information.
Residents of Lake Royale said the Property Owners Association sent out an email about plans to meet with Red Bird to discuss the problem.
