Two people hospitalized in crash on Capital Blvd. near I-440

Two people are in the hospital Sunday night after a crash in Raleigh.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, the crash happened around 8:10 p.m. on Capital Boulevard near Hodges Street, which is slightly south of I-440.

The on ramp leading to I-440 was closed while authorities investigated the crash.

Police said two people in the crash were taken to the hospital. They did not know how severe their injuries were.
