Fayetteville man wanted, accused of hitting five homes with gunfire

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man accused of firing a gun and hitting five houses over the weekend.

Michael Justin Davis, 42, of Fayetteville, is wanted for five counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied property.

The sheriff’s office said no one was injured, but there was property damage after receiving a shots fired call on Saturday on Sara Lane near Burgess Court in Fayetteville.

Davis is considered armed and dangerous, according to the sheriff’s office.

Detectives have obtained warrants for Davis.
