Fayetteville man arrested in deadly shooting at apartment complex

A man was arrested in connection with a March shooting at a Fayetteville apartment complex that killed Tony Chance, 46. 

Jordan Whipple, 33, turned himself into the Fayetteville Police. 

He is being charged with First Degree Murder. 

Whipple is being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center without bond. His first court appearance is Monday at 2:30 p.m.
