Durham police are searching for a man they say was involved in a deadly stabbing on the American Tobacco Trail.
LaRue Barbee, 46, of Durham, is wanted and charged with first-degree murder in the death of 51-year-old Chesleigh Eloyd Lyons.

Police responded at 4:13 p.m. on March 9 to a report of a person stabbed behind the building near Fayetteville Street and Pilot Street.
WRAL News spoke with Constance Williams, a friend of Lyons, after the stabbing happened.
"He was a sweet guy,” Williams said.
Police are asking anyone with information about Barbee’s whereabouts to call 919-560-4440, extension 29544.
