The estate of Dennis Dutton and the estate of Jack Dutton have filed suits against the estate of NASCAR great Greg Biffle months after seven people aboard Biffle's plane died in a crash from Dec. 18, 2025.
Dennis and Jack Dutton were on board the plane and died in the crash. They were father and son. Dennis Dutton was the captain flying the plane.

Both lawsuits are seeking $15 million each.
A previously-filed lawsuit was filed for Biffle's daughter, Emma Biffle, who was also killed in the crash. Greg Biffle died at the age of 55.
The lawsuit claims that Greg Biffle, as the plane's owner, was responsible for its maintenance and upkeep, and that the lack of necessary upkeep caused the crash.
The NTSB is still investigating the crash and a final report is still to come.
