WRAL News is following the reunion of a heart transplant survivor reuniting with her donor family.

In 2007, after enduring 13 years of heart disease, Melissa Simon received a new heart from 14-year-old organ donor Chloe Coleman. Melissa is visiting North Carolina to visit Chloe's parents for the second time.

On Saturday, Melissa will throw the opening pitch at a Durham Bulls game.

On Thursday, she attended a performance by the East Chapel Hill School chorus of "The Heart Within," a poem written by Chloe a couple years before her death.
