Goldsboro police say a man forced his way into a woman's home and shot another man before turning the gun on himself.
Around 10:53 p.m. on March 21, officers responded to a domestic dispute and shooting at a home on Edgerton Street. They found Antrell Lamont Carlton, 42, and Rondray Darnell Gooding, 45, both dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

A female resident left the home and called 911 to report the shooting, police said. She was not hurt.
Investigators determined Carlton forced his way into the home and shot Gooding before taking his own life.
This is considered an isolated incident, and there is no ongoing threat to the public at this time.
An investigation is ongoing.
