<p>welcome the lady fingers. Lady fingers was started by two best friends who were cooking and entertaining in Raleigh and supporting their families and Children when my husband and I purchased it, it was mainly a catering company, Whitaker Mill is a small market that is where most of the catering is produced and sent out of in the little storefront. We have lovely Ashley who a lot of people know who's been with us for a long time. We do the deli salads by the pound and a half pound in the court. We have the pre prepared frozen foods, our country ham rolls, lots of different little gifts and crackers and snack foods and our signature cheddar pecan wafers. We have evolved into wholesale production where we service about 100 and 80 stores all over the east coast. So there's a lot going on in our production facility every day. We've worked five days a week here in the holiday seasons and sometimes seven days a week. So at any given point during the day you could walk back into our facility and there will be prepped going on, they'll be making ham roll's most days. That could be rolling dough. They could be making soups in our large steam kettle. I think people like our product because they know where it's coming from and it's a homemade. A lot of our recipes came from the original owner of lady fingers and we could not have done it without the quality that she put forth to begin with in this business, luckily we've been able to create some of our own and our newer products. One of our newest products is our sausage breakfast casserole, which is something I grew up, my mother making. So we came up with a recipe that would work frozen and it's turned out to be one of our favorites. The newest part of lady fingers is the market and eatery. We have full coffee bar from seven a.m. Monday through friday a little later on saturday and sunday. We also have some breakfast offerings, some pastries. We have gourmet to go sandwiches that we make on site as well as some pre prepared grab and go foods for those of you who can't wait in line and our in a hurry in the market side, it was a little bit of trying to have some north Carolina products in conjunction with trying to service the residents that live above us in the sojourn apartments. So wine on the shelves, cold white wine, cold beer, cold, non alcoholic beverages and then the full line of all of our pre prepared frozen meals. In addition to the country ham rolls. There's just a lot to offer are handcrafted deli sandwiches have the finest meats and cheeses. We have found mustards and condiments and accompaniments for instance, lusty monk mustard that we love. We like to put with certain sandwiches. We have a lot of our bread from La Farm bakery and carry, which is a lot of folks favorites. We have the best pastrami sandwich in town. A lot of folks love the Cuban. One of the highlights on our menu is the Oberlin, which is a turkey and dill cream cheese for assault. One of the evening bar menu favorites are the loaded chicken nachos. I watch those go out of there all night long on the weekends we have a gourmet brunch menu featuring a mexican hash and a burrata salad. The brunch is outstanding. The bar eventually started as kind of a concierge desk for what was going on in the neighborhood, whether it was a run and you ended up here or any kind of neighborhood things, but we turned it into a bar. We will also do those lovely things for you while you have a drink. We have a wine by the glass program at the bar as well as we sell retail wine on the shelves and in the coolers. We have a wonderful local Somalia that picks out all of our wines and we compare them with anything on the menu from a sandwich to a nacho to a lovely brunch item. I hope they have a blast. I think that there is several things to experience. You can have outdoor dining. You can enjoy the weather. We have wonderful music. We have a very cheerful staff. We have trivia night on Tuesday night, we're getting ready to start match on monday nights. So we have events that kind of service everybody, all age groups and it's just supposed to be a lot of fun. I'm meteorologist, Amy Wilma in the WRL severe weather center, we had a dry warm day today, but a cold front is off to the west of us and it arrives tomorrow and brings the potential for some scattered showers and some thunderstorms. It's a pretty potent system today with a level three out of five risk for part of the Midwest. But the severe weather will be moving eastward as this cold front moves eastward as well. And we'll have the risk for severe storms tomorrow. Although the storm energy will not be as high tomorrow as it is today. There's a lot of storm energy west of us today and that's why they have that higher risk for severe storms. But as this system moves closer to North Carolina, it does weaken. We could still have some isolated severe storms but we have weak to moderate energy. We don't have the strong energy that they have west of us today. So it's a level one risk for most of us Friday. This is in the afternoon and evening. So isolated severe storms possible. The biggest threat will be some damaging winds and a potential for some hail as Well, the first half of the day is dry, so no rain worries for the morning commute. But by the time we get to the afternoon and evening, that's when we'll have scattered showers and storms and any of the storms that do form could become severe. And our highest rain chances are right during the evening commute. So about a 40% chance for rain tomorrow as we move ahead to Saturday, only a slim chance for a shower, a 20% chance for rain. But then a decent chance for rain on Sunday, we don't expect storms, but mainly the second half of our Sunday will have some scattered showers and it will be a cooler day. Here's a look at the rain over the weekend again, just a slim chance for rain on Saturday. Otherwise partly to mostly cloudy skies with temperatures in the low to mid seventies. Sunday morning looks mainly dry with a little bit of rain over some of our southern counties. But then as we head toward the afternoon, a better chance for rain, especially south and east of the triangle. And then during the evening is when some of that rain lifts to the north and includes a good part of the viewing area on Sunday. So the second half of the day certainly looks like the wettest part of the day, still warm Friday with a high of 84. And then we're down into the mid seventies Saturday, high temperatures will be in the low to mid sixties for Sunday and Monday with some chilly mornings, Monday morning and Tuesday morning. Down into the forties, we warm back up next week though. 74 on Tuesday, 78 Wednesday and near 70 for a high temperature on Thursday.
