New play area at Streets at Southpoint to celebrate grand opening Friday

DURHAM, N.C. — The Streets at Southpoint will celebrate the grand opening of its new play area on Friday, Nov. 1.
The grand opening and ribbon cutting is set for 11:30 a.m. to noon, Friday, Nov. 1, on the lower level near Macy's.
According to the Durham mall's website, the new amenity offers three different play zones.

With a cast of welcoming woodland creatures leading the way, you can explore the great outdoors without leaving the mall. With a winding slide, interactive play wall, and lending library there is something for everyone.
