NCMA announces summer outdoor movie series
The movies will be held July through August and include a mix of popular films.

RALEIGH, N.C. — The North Carolina Museum of Art will once again host an outdoor movie series this summer at Joseph M. Bryan, Jr., Theater in the Museum Park.
The movies will be held July through August and include a mix of popular films.
The schedule (all films start at 9 p.m. unless noted):
- July 10: The Goonies
- July 17: Ferris Bueller’s Day Off
- July 24: Clueless
- July 31: Monty Python and the Holy Grail
- Aug. 7: Sister Act
- Aug. 14: Singin’ in the Rain
- Aug. 21: The Wiz (starts at 8:30 p.m.)
- Aug. 28: West Side Story (starts at 8:30 p.m.)
Museum members and children ages 6 years and younger are admitted free, but must reserve tickets in advance. Nonmembers can get tickets for $7.
Tickets for all movies go on sale June 23 for members and June 24 for nonmembers.
