NCCU professor: Aunt Jemima only the start to racial rebranding efforts

Yvette Lynne Bonaparte, a marketing and advertising professor at North Carolina Central University, says she expects more companies to re-examine possible racial stereotypes in their branding and move toward more positive imagery because consumers expect companies to take a stand on social justice issues.
