Reba, a Puppy Bowl XVI backup, was born in Caswell County. She made the big game when Animal Planet, which produces the Super Bowl counter-programming, selected her video from thousands of entries.

In all, 96 puppies were chosen to frolic on screen on Super Bowl Sunday.

Reba, according to the Animal Protection Society of Caswell County, spend more time napping than chasing the ball.
