On the Discovery Channel's "Mythbusters," Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage use science to test out urban legends and other myths.

They have tested them all:

  • Is the saying "Bull in a China shop" really accurate? (No.)
  • Is it possible to teach an old dog new tricks? (Yes!)
  • Can vodka remove the smell of smoke in fabric? (Kind of)
Now, fans can get involved in the action when the “MythBusters Behind the Myths" tour stops at the Progress Energy Center on March 25. The show will include audience participation, videos and behind-the-scenes stories.

Interest in the 7 p.m. show was so great that they've added at 3 p.m. show.

Tickets are on sale now and range from $29.50 to $150.

Sounds like a fun night!

For parents: The show is family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. But it is two-hours long.
