CNN — Movie stars, reality stars and comedians will make for an unpredictable audience at Monday's 2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards.

CNN will have all the show highlights, along with complete coverage of the night's wins in some pretty unusual categories.

What to expect at on the MTV red carpet

MTV will stream a red carpet show on Twitter at 8:00 PM ET, featuring celebrity interviews and coverage of the star-studded prelude to the main event. Expect to see Aubrey Plaza, Daniel Levy, Dave Bautista, David Spade, Elisabeth Moss, Jameela Jamil, Kiernan Shipka, Kumail Nanjiani, Maude Apatow, Melissa McCarthy, Mj Rodriguez, Shameik Moore, Storm Reid, Tiffany Haddish and more.

Who's hosting

"Shazam" star Zachary Levi will be hosting the show.

Who's nominated

New categories this year include reality royalty, most meme-able moment and best real-life hero, while fan favorites like best kiss, best hero and best villain remain.

Celebrities nominated range from Brie Larson to former "Bachelor" Colton Underwood. You can check out the full list of nominees here.

There will also be a few special awards given out; Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will be honored with the "Generation" Award and Jada Pinkett Smith will be honored with the "Trailblazer" Award.
