Motorcyclist killed in Granville County crash
Authorities said that Lalita Evans, 31, of Warrenton was traveling east on U.S. Highway 150 on the Interstate 85 overpass when she tried to make a left turn and his a motorcyclist while attempting to merge onto the highway's entrance ramp.

Authorities said that Lalita Evans, 31, of Warrenton was traveling east on U.S. Highway 158 on the Interstate 85 overpass when she tried to make a left turn and hit a motorcyclist while attempting to merge onto the highway’s entrance ramp.
The motorcyclist, Victory Clay, 56, of Oxford was killed.
Evans was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and failure to yield.
