Several masked gunmen stormed into an apartment at 4105 Spring Forest Road, police said.
Charmeka Cheymeir Harris, 25, was shot in the stomach and died at WakeMed.
The gunmen also took money and jewelry, police said.
Ten people, including five adults and five juveniles, were inside the apartment when the gunmen entered. Only Harris was wounded.
According to the warrant released Tuesday, police took cocaine and a shotgun shell from the residence.
The case remains unsolved.
