On the menu this week we have chicken parmesan, herb and garlic London broil and more!

This week includes a nice mix of different proteins including chicken, turkey, London broil and meatless meals. I am already looking forward to the Chicken Parmesan on Sunday!

Sandwich Night (the usual for our very busy Monday nights!)
Deli Smoked Turkey (from Food Lion using $1 off $5 Food Lion Deli coupon posted on the Wednesday grocery deals post)
Sarah Lee Honey Wheat Bread – bought at Harris Teeter yesterday on sale for $1.50 - .55 coupon that was doubled from 2/21 = .40 for the whole loaf!)
Borden Sensations sliced cheese - .19 for package with Harris Teeter Super Doubles
Wacky Mac tri-color pasta - free with sale and coupons a couple months ago
Barilla sauce – free with $1 coupon til Tuesday at Harris Teeter super doubles

Fresh pineapple ($1.99 for whole pineapple at Kroger last week)

Baked Ravioli with pasta sauce and parmesan cheese Frozen Ravioli BOGO at HT through 2/23 – using 2 12 oz packages) This is a great dish to batch cook. Make 2 pans of the baked ravioli and freeze one to use in a couple weeks.

Dinner at my Dad’s!

Something easy since we are going to the circus with our youngest daughter’s Girl Scout Troop!

I am thinking maybe…..frozen pizza and Steamfresh veggies!

Chicken Parmesan with green peppers, onions and mushrooms (using the $1.66/lb chicken breast from Harris Teeter a couple weeks ago)
Penne Pasta
Garlic Bread

Ice cream sundaes using the .88 Blue Bunny ice cream at Food Lion (though 2/23 using $1.00 coupon listed on Wednesday deals post)
