<b>FREMONT, N.C.</b> — Two teens, who were last seen Tuesday, have been found safe, according to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.

Meghan Fazakerly and Ricky Vernon Jr., both 14, were found on Thursday afternoon.

The relationship of the two was not provided.
