Missing teens found in Raleigh

Raleigh, N.C. — A pair of teenagers reported missing May 1 were found with friends and will return home, the Chapel Hill Police Department said Wednesday.
Police issued an alert Tuesday for Rachel Wilklow, 16, and Andrew Kinnecon, 17.
