Posted — UpdatedLOUISBURG, N.C. — A Louisburg mother who was reported missing Saturday morning has been found in Raleigh, authorities said.
Samantha Sherman, 31, a mother of three, left home around 3:30 p.m. Friday and never returned, Franklin County deputies said. Her husband, Erik Sherman, said he was worried about his wife because it's very unlike her not to come home.
Police declined to comment further, saying the case is still under investigation. It wasn't clear whether Sherman was the victim of a crime.
