The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 95-year-old man. 



<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Deputies with the Durham County Sheriff's Office said a missing 95-year-old man has been found safe.

Mykia Daniel, an eighth grader at Ligon Middle School, was shot and killed on Monday in a north Raleigh apartment. A 16-year-old was charged with her murder.
