Missing 13-year-old found safe in Hillsborough
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has canceled a Silver Alert for a missing endangered girl, 13-year-old Chelsea Renne McNeil.

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has canceled a Silver Alert for a missing endangered girl, 13-year-old Chelsea Renne McNeil.
Citizens were asked to be on the lookout for Chelsea Renne McNeil, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, McNeil was found safe and has been returned to her family.
She is 5 foot 5 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has dark brown hair with braids and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a red tank top and black tights.
