<p>Welcome back in today's minutes of music. Our local music, expert, singer songwriter, Pig King Johnson spoke with some pop country music legends. Paige. Always great to have you on the program. So, listen, today's featured band continues to amaze us with their brand of music. Yes, that's right. Lone Star is a multi award winning country band with 10, number one hits, Lone Stars, entertain audiences for more than 30 30 years gaining fame with their 1995 debut album and chart topper like amazed and I'm already there. Their legacy includes numerous prestigious awards in the country music realm and on their forthcoming 10 to 1 record, Lone Star band members, Dean Sams, Michael Britt, Keach Rainwater and Drew Womack, take a fresh look at all 10 chart topping songs. I put this band together 31 years ago. So, um we've been doing this a very long time and if, if you're, if you halfway care about what you do, uh you should get better over time. So, uh that is where, you know, we, we feel like we're just better now than we were then. We worked at it. We practiced, we played these songs of bunch, we know different little things that we've added in the live shows that make, make it more unique and more interesting to the fans. So we added some of those elements. So, uh we, we definitely, it's, it's not the same record that the people bought. However many years ago, Lone Star is still a force in the country music scene and they continue to keep the music alive for their loyal fans. Oh, my God. What a walk down memory lane of Lone Star fans. So where can people go this week to see them live in concert? Well, they're going to be at the Clayton Center this Thursday.
