Raleigh, N.C. — Police on Saturday night arrested two men who allegedly operated a theft ring involving two major bookstores.
Alonzo Cephas and Derrick Haith face felony charges of larceny and obtaining property by false pretenses.
Investigators said the pair stole $3,000 worth of books from Books-a-Million and Barnes & Noble. They then sold the books to used-book stores, police said.
