CARY, N.C. — Two new concepts coming to Cary's Fenton development are hiring employees.

The PBR Cowboy Bar has openings for 40 team members for jobs including bartenders, barbacks, hosts and a bull operator for the venue’s mechanical bull. The venue is hoping to open in the first half of this year.

PBR Cowboy Bar will be located in a 4,300 square-foot space at Fenton, adjacent to upcoming sports and gaming bar, Sports and Social. There are currently 10 PBR Cowboy Bars across the country, with many located in stadiums.

PBR describes the bars as "bringing an authentic country western experience that marries an electric combination of 'cowboy cool' and big-time entertainment."

Sports & Social will be located in a 19,000-square-foot space featuring a 42-foot LED media wall. Game days will turn up the excitement with emcees and DJs, live fan cams, competitions and games. The venue will also host live music, interactive social games and special events throughout the week.

Sports & Social is looking to hire about 140 employees in positions including managers, servers, barbacks, bartenders, hosts, bussers, line cooks, dishwashers and prep cooks.

Interested applicants should visit the hiring center at 301 Fenton Gateway Drive, Suite 110 in Cary. The entrance to the hiring center is located on the Orange Parking Garage lower level of Fenton or can be accessed by taking the elevator from the building’s Fenton Gateway Drive entrance to the lower level. The hiring center is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
