Massage parlor worker charged with prostitution
A Raleigh massage parlor worker has been charged with prostitution, according to an arrest warrant.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh massage parlor worker has been charged with prostitution, according to an arrest warrant.
Li Qaungbi, 43, also was charged with performing massage therapy without a license.
The Department of Homeland Security issued an immigration detainer for Qaungbi, stating that records and her statements to immigration officials indicate she's either in the U.S. unlawfully or is eligible to be deported.
