RALEIGH, N.C. — Wake County Public School System will host a magnet and early college schools fair this Saturday.

The annual event offers parents and students an opportunity to learn more about Wake's magnet and early college schools options. Representatives from each of the schools will be on hand to share information and answer questions.

Before you go, be sure to find out what magnet school options are available for your address so you can ensure that the schools you talk to are ones your child can actually attend. Wake schools has a handy address look up page to do that.

The fair is 9 a.m. to noon, Nov. 3, at Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School, 2600 Rock Quarry Rd., Raleigh. I also recommend going to to individual school's websites to sign up for school tours and open houses.
