Marbles Kids Museum is offering some new versions of its activity packs that are designed for preschoolers who are gearing up for kindergarten in the next year or two.

PNC PreK Packs by Marbles are designed for kids ages 3 to 5 and include materials and instructions for themed activities that build on the skills that are necessary for success in school, according to the description, such as fine motor skills, sensory exploration and early literacy, math and science.

These packs are intended for both families and preschool classrooms. As part of the program, PNC Foundation is also distributing free packs to preschools that serve low and moderate-income children in the region.

The packs come with themed activity materials and instructions, a pre-recorded play-along video with a Marbles educator and live virtual play-along sessions with a Marbles educator.

New topics for 2021 include a pack on measurement, which will be available later this month, and another on Arctic explorations. Also available is a storybook science-themed pack. Other themes coming soon include ready to write, farm play and storybook science.

The cost is $20 per pack, and there's a 20% discount for classroom bundles of 10 or more. You can purchase them online or at the Marbles Store.

More information is on Marbles' website.
