Marbles Kids Museum's IMAX theater has some big events planned for Frozen 2, starting Nov. 21. And, for kids with special needs or families with young children, who aren't ready for the full 3D experience, the theater will be offering two sensory-friendly screenings of what is sure to be a blockbuster.

During these Lights Up Sound Down screenings, the theater doesn't get so dark and the sound doesn't play so loudly. The audience also is welcome to get up and dance around. (Just a note that the screenings will be a 2D version of the movie.)

Lights Up Sound Down versions of Frozen 2 are slated for the following times:

  • 3:15 p.m., Nov. 30
  • 4 p.m., Dec. 8
Tickets are $9. You can buy them on Marbles' website.
